The Sims 4 Circus Career

With this mod, your Sims can join the Circus Career!

This is a “Rabbit Hole” career. Your sims will leave for work, but you will not follow them.

Why wouldn’t you want to join the circus? We have clowns, acrobats, trained animals, trapeze acts, musicians, dancers, tightrope walkers, jugglers, magicians, ventriloquists, and unicyclists … all in big tent!



Available for: Young Adult, Adult, and Elder sims.

This career has been adapted from Sims 1 and Sims 3, and updated for Sims 4.

Career Levels:

  • Popcorn Vendor – 4-11pm $13/hr – promotion reach level 2 charisma
  • Ticket Taker – 3-10pm $15/hr – promotion reach level 3 charisma, and level 2 fitness
  • Midway Carnie – 3-12pm $25/hr – promotion reach level 4 charisma, level 3 fitness, and level 2 logic
  • Sideshow Barker – 3-10pm $38/hr – promotion reach level 5 charisma, level 4 fitness, level 3 logic, and level 2 painting
  • Ringmaster Branch – A ringmaster introduces the various acts in a circus show and guides the audience through the experience, directing their attention to the various areas of the circus arena and helping to link the acts together while equipment is brought into and removed from the circus ring.
  • Clown – 3-11pm $48/hr; promotion reach 5 charisma, level 4 fitness, level 3 logic, and level 3 painting
  • Human Cannonball – 3-11pm $68/hr; promotion reach level 5 charisma, level 4 fitness, level 4 logic, and level 4 painting
  • Acrobat – 4-11pm $78/hr ; promotion reach level 5 charisma, level 5 fitness, level 5 logic, and level 5 painting
  • Trapeze Artist – 4-11pm $88/hr; promotion reach level 6 charisma, level 6 fitness, level 5 logic, and level 5 painting
  • Lion Tamer – 4-11pm $98/hr; promotion reach level 6 logic and level 3 cooking
  • Ringmaster – 5-11pm $108/hr; promotion reach level 8 charisma and level 5 cooking
  • Magician Branch – A magician is an entertainer who is skilled in producing illusion by sleight of hand.
  • Newbie Illusionist – 3-11pm $48/hr; promotion reach level 5 charisma, level 4 fitness, level 3 logic, and level 3 painting
  • Conjurer – 3-11pm $68/hr; promotion reach level 5 charisma, level 4 fitness, level 4 logic, and level 4 painting
  • Sleight of Hand Savant – 4-11pm $78/hr; promotion reach level 5 charisma, level 5 fitness, level 5 logic, and level 5 painting
  • Illusionist – 4-11pm $88/hr; promotion reach level 6 charisma, level 6 fitness, level 5 logic, and level 5 painting
  • Master Illusionist – 4-11pm $98/hr; promotion reach level 6 logic and level 3 cooking
  • Master Magician – 5-11pm $108/hr; promotion reach level 8 charisma, level 6 logic, and level 5 cooking



Notes:
This mod requires only the base game.

How to install:
  • Download and unzip the file (Winrar or 7-Zip are your best options).
  • Move the .package file into your Sims 4 Mods folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods).
  • Move the .ts4script file into your Sims 4 Mods folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods).
  • If a Mod has more than one version, choose only one version.
  • If a Mod has optional Addons, install them in the same way if you wish to use them.
  • Do not rename any files and do not install more than one subfolder deep in your Mods folder.


  • Custom Content This is the addition of player-made clothing or objects to the game. Sometimes just referred to in The Sims community as “CC”.
  • Game Mods: These are Mods that add features or change functionality of the game. These Mods may include script code, but not always.
  • Mods: A blanket term referring to any player-made content for the game—this includes both Custom Content and Game Mods.
  • Enable Mods via the options panel : The setting can be found in “Options > Other > Enable Custom Content and Mods.” and Restart the game
