The Sims 4 Klein House

I came across this house on an interior design blog and decided I needed to recreate it in the Sims. The real house can be seen at: https://www.themodernhouse.com/past-sales/klein-house/. It’s a perfect reclusive artist’s getaway. I made two versions – one is true to life, with a carport/garage in front. Since I hate having useless cars/garages in my builds, I also made one where I turned it into a small greenhouse.

There is a bit of CC used, but not strictly necessary. Just some curtains, artwork, and rugs that will be included in a separate download. You should turn on bb.moveobjects for this lot to place correctly.

I have the house placed in Henford-on-Bagley where the Isle of Volpe park normally is, but it doesn’t use objects from Cottage Living – it was made before that pack was out. Anywhere relatively isolated with lots of trees will do!
