Sul Sul,

Here is a Minka.
A big Japanese house on a big lot.
Composed of a large living-dining-kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
an office and an outbuilding at the back of the house used as a dojo-gym.
Hope you enjoy it (my sims love it!)
Have fun.

I place it in Mont Komorebi.
Lot size 50*50

You probably encounter a bug with the wood columns after installation in the game (EA bug with platforms)

**BUG COLUMNS** if the columns are up and protrude from the roof, just move them with the directional cross. If the column in the right interieur terrace has disappeared (normaly just this one concerned), don’t make a new column, don’t copy the colomn of the right, you must copy the column opposite in the corner of the wall, because it’s the only one which have the good tall.
