Ifisashi & Nshima is a combination of two dishes. Ifisashi is a Zambian dish consisting of peanuts, spinach, tomatoes, onions, okra, sweet potatoes (and their leaves), and pumpkins( and their leaves). The onions are sautéd, then the vegetables are added along with water, the mixture is then allowed to cook down. Known by many other names as well, nshima is a kind of doughy maize flour porridge made in many parts of Africa, it’s often shaped.

Notes:
– It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
– Vegetarian-Safe!
– Optional EA Onion & Spinach, BrazenLotus Green Tomato & Green Heirloom Pumpkin, Icemunmun Sweet Potato, and KingZace Peanut (can be cooked without)
– Please don’t re-upload as your own!
– Appears in Dine Out restaurant menus as a "Main Course".
